These terms cover the Glovebox office web app, the iPhone app and the services that come with them, such as SMS reminders and online payments.
The agreement
These terms are between you, the business that signs up, and Glovebox. By starting a trial or a paid plan you agree to them on behalf of your business. If you sign up for someone else's business, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial of the Team plan with no card required. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your account is paused and your data kept for 90 days.
Plans, prices and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, per user, in Australian dollars. Prices exclude GST, which is added to each tax invoice.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects you.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades apply from your next billing date.
- Fees aren't refundable for part months, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires.
Online payments
Card payments your customers make through Glovebox are processed by our payments partner under its own terms, which you accept when you switch payments on. Transaction fees are deducted from each payment. Disputes and chargebacks are between you, your customer and the payments partner.
Using Glovebox
You're responsible for the people you give access to, for the accuracy of your quotes, invoices, certificates and forms, and for meeting your own licensing, safety and tax obligations. Glovebox is a tool to help you keep records; it doesn't certify work or give legal, tax or safety advice.
Don't use Glovebox to send spam, break the law, or try to access other customers' data.
Your data
Your business data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Glovebox to you. You can export it at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Glovebox available around the clock and schedule maintenance outside Australian business hours. We may improve or change features; we won't remove a core feature of your plan without notice.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Where we're allowed to limit our liability, it is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We may suspend an account for unpaid fees after reminders, or immediately for serious misuse.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and the courts of South Australia have jurisdiction. Questions: support@useglovebox.app.
