Is GST included?
No. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added to your monthly tax invoice. If you're registered for GST you can claim it back.
What counts as a user?
Anyone in your business who logs in: you, your office staff and your employees. Subcontractors you send jobs to are free on Team and Business.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time, from Settings. Moving up takes effect straight away; moving down applies from your next billing date.
Are there card fees for online payments?
Card payments go through our payments partner at 1.75% + 30c per domestic card transaction, taken from the payment. You can pass the fee on as a surcharge, or switch online payments off and stick to bank transfer.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Plans are month to month. Cancel from Settings and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you can export all your data.
