How does the free trial work?

You get every feature on the Team plan for 14 days, with no card needed. At the end, pick a plan or your account is paused; nothing is deleted for 90 days.

Does it work with Xero and MYOB?

Yes. Invoices, payments, customers and items sync both ways with Xero and MYOB Business. Your accountant keeps working in the books they know. QuickBooks Online is on the way.

Do subcontractors cost extra?

No. On Team and Business, subbies get free access to the jobs you assign them: the job card, photos, forms and their own timesheets, without seeing your prices or other customers.

Does the app work without reception?

Yes. Job cards, checklists, forms, photos and timers all work offline in a roof cavity or out past Gawler, and sync when you're back in range.

Is it set up for GST and Australian invoices?

Yes. Tax invoices carry your ABN and show GST, amounts are in AUD, dates are dd/mm/yyyy, and reports line up with your BAS.

Can I bring my data from another app?

Yes. Import customers, sites, price lists and open jobs from a spreadsheet, or from Fergus, Tradify, ServiceM8 or simPRO exports. On Team and Business we'll do the import for you.

Is there an Android app?

The office web app works in any modern browser. The iPhone app is coming first, with Android to follow.

Where is my data kept?

In Australia. Your business data is stored in Australian data centres, backed up daily, and you can export all of it at any time.
